Common Questions

Let's be real, scheduling an appointment with your doctor can be quite a hassle. Often, you’ll wait weeks just to get in, then have an awkward discussion about why you’re there.
EverLife's Online Telemedicine Service focuses entirely on convenience, privacy, and ease of use. Our certified doctors can review the 10-minute medical intake form you complete on your phone and start your treatment the same day. No more waiting for weeks to get started.

All treatments are prescribed by licensed doctors based in the U.S. As long as you're honest in your online medical assessment, using our telemedicine service is both safe and simple. Just ensure that you disclose any existing health conditions for your own safety. Our doctors will carefully review your responses to confirm you’re fit to receive a prescription.

No, you won’t need to visit a doctor in person. Your Everlife diagnosis starts with an online medical form, and for most patients, there’s no need for a phone or video conversation with a doctor. If the doctor has further questions, they will contact you through email or via our secure messaging portal to communicate.

Our doctors will evaluate your symptoms and provide a diagnosis, potentially prescribing treatment within 2 hours during regular business hours. We understand that once you've decided to address your E.D., you’re eager to begin. We aim to have your medical assessment reviewed swiftly, and if any follow-up questions arise, the doctor will reach out. If approved, your card will be charged, and the pharmacy will ship your medication via USPS First Class Mail the same day.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance, but our “cash” prices are generally much lower than those offered by other telemedicine providers. Plus, you’ll save time and effort by not needing to visit a local doctor.

Your credit card will only be charged if one of our doctors determines you’re eligible for treatment. Once your payment is processed, your prescription will be shipped from one of our licensed pharmacies through USPS First Class Mail. If you’ve opted for recurring shipments, your card will be billed every 30 days for the next shipment.

We request your ID and selfie to verify your age and identity, as required by certain regulations. Any personal details you submit are stored on a HIPAA-compliant server for your privacy. If you're uncomfortable sharing your ID/selfie online, you can email us at support@everlifemd.com, and we can arrange alternative methods of verification, such as a brief video call with a staff member.

For a small percentage of patients (about 10%), due to state regulations, we may ask you to schedule a video consultation with the prescriber. We identify these cases based on your address and send an email explaining that your state requires this visual follow-up. The consultation will be quick, as we’ve already gathered all necessary information, and there’s no extra cost for the video call—it’s included in the price.
